Let's talk about your awesome project.
Free plan and testing purpose
After registering with Coconut, you are automatically subscribed to the Free plan by default.
The Free plan is perfect for small projects and testing purpose. You can encode videos up to 5 minutes and have 1 concurrent encoding job.
How much does Coconut cost to use?
Our pricing does not require any commitment or minimum volume of encoding jobs. Besides, there is no minimum fees, you only pay for what you use.
Do you charge for failed jobs?
No, we don't because it would be unfair.
How does the billing process work?
On the 1st of each month, your credit card is charged according to the number of output minutes processed for the previous month.
How do you calculate output minutes?
Output minutes refers to the length in minutes of an output video. For example, a 10 minutes video file transcoded to 2 output formats will count for 20 (10 x 2) output minutes, and so cost 20 x $0.015 = $0.30. The minimum charge for a job is one minute and each partial minute is rounded up to the next full minute. We do not charge for thumbnail generation and API calls.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
