Test Plan
After registering with Coconut, you are automatically subscribed to the free Test plan. You can encode videos or audios up to 1 minute long and process one output at a time. No credit card is needed.
How much does Coconut cost to use?
Our pricing requires no commitment or minimum volume of transcoding jobs. Additionally, there are no minimum fees—you only pay for what you use.
Do you charge for failed jobs?
No, we don't, because that would be unfair.
How does the billing process work?
On the 1st of each month, your credit card is charged based on the number of output minutes transcoded in the previous month.
How do you calculate output minutes?
Output minutes refer to the length in minutes of an output video. For example, a 10-minute video file transcoded into 2 output formats will count as 20 (10 x 2) output minutes, costing 20 x $0.015 = $0.30. We do not charge for thumbnail generation and API calls.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
